Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you 7 days from the date of receiving your jewelry to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please ensure you request a return before sending items back, as returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your jewelry upon arrival. If you discover any defects, damage, or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that custom-made orders, pre-ordered items, and personalized jewelry cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once purchased and processed. Any additional changes in customization for these items will incur extra costs. If you have any questions about your specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please contact us to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
